Chris Wyne is a native Californian who has made his home in Raleigh since 1974.  After graduating from law school in 1971 he served for a year and a half as a VISTA volunteer in Boise, Idaho Legal Services Office.  He then worked as an Assistant Attorney General with the Idaho Attorney General's Office.  In 1974 he moved to Raleigh to take a position as Consumer Protection Coordinator with the National Association of Attorneys General.  After eighteen months, he left NAAG to establish a private law practice.  Chris' primary areas of practice from the outset were commercial and residential real estate.  In 1990, Chris was certified as a specialist in Real Property Law-Residential, Business, Commercial and Industrial Transactions by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization from 1990 to 2009.

Chris and his wife Sarah are the proud parents of Sarah's two daughters and the proud grandparents of one granddaughter.

Chris and Sarah are active volunteers with the Epilepsy Foundation of North Carolina.
