Christopher S. Morden
Attorney
Chris Morden, a native of Port Huron, Michigan, attended Campbell University and received his J.D. and  M.B.A. in 2007.  While at Campbell, Chris served as a research assistant for the authors of "Wiggins Wills and Administration of Estates in North Carolina" and "Webster's Real Estate Law in North Carolina" and as an intern for the Honorable George L. Wainwright, Jr. of the North Carolina Supreme Court.  Prior to joining Monroe Wallace Law Group, Chris served as law clerk for the Honorable John M. Tyson and the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr. of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where he gained substantial legal research and writing experience.  Chris joined Monroe Wallace Law Group in March of 2009.

Chris practices in the areas of Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning, Estate and Guardianship Administration, and Business Law.

Chris and his wife Christy are enjoying life with their first child, born December of 2009.  Chris is also an avid golfer and maintains a USGA Handicap of 7.0.
